Beverly E.McNeal

HILLSBORO Beverly Eilen McNeal of Hillsboro died Sunday, March 7, 2010, at the Caroline
Home for Hospice in Denton. She was 60.
The daughter of the late Howard Jennings Anthony Jr. and Grace Ellen Walters Anthony,
Mrs.McNeal was born Nov.20, 1949. She was a 1967 graduate of Easton High school, and had lived
in the Mid-Shore area all of her life.
Mrs.McNeal was a 24-year life member and past treasure of the Queen Anne-Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Co. She had been ambulance lieutenant and captain, and was the first woman inducted into the Queen Anne-Hillsboro VFC.
Mrs.McNeal is survived by her husband, Daniel L McNeal of Hillsboro; two sons, David
B.McNeal of Hillsboro and S.Craig McNeal and his wife Stephanie of Hillsboro; three
grandchildren, Jordan McNeal, Taylor McNeal and Tristan McNeal; and four sister, Jackle
Anders of Ridgely, Sandra Peterson of Weatherford, Texas, Edith ann Corkell of Denton and
Pamela Breeding of Milton, Del.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Howard "Buddy" J.anthony III; and a sister,
Jennifer wright.
The funeral services will be held at 11am. Thursday, March 11, at the Moore Funeral Home
P.A. in Denton, where friends may call from 6 untill 8 p.m wednesday, and one hour prior to
the service Thursday. The interment will be in the Greenmount Cemetery in Hillsboro.

"Queen Anne-Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Company honors the memory of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas L. Reynolds ("T.L."), in recognition of their decades of service to the Volunteer Fire Service in State of Maryland.
Longevity
Mr. Reynolds was a member of the Queenstown Volunteer Fire Department and Queen Anne-Hillsboro VFC for 69 years, and of course, is a Life Member of the Company.
Local Company Involvement and Leadership
Mr. T. L. Reynolds joined the Queenstown VFD in 1936, and was undoubtedly involved with other founding members as they incorporated and built their first and only fire house. Mr. Reynolds served the Queenstown community for 15 years before moving to Queen Anne and joining the Queen Anne-Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Company in 1951. He demonstrated local Company leadership, having been elected to the following positions while serving the community as a member of the QAHVFC:
